Ingredients

500 g mixed minced meat
1 kg cabbage
3 medium onions, grated
1 teacup Carolina rice
3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. dill, finely chopped
1 teacup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Savoil Vivre"
3 teacups meat broth
Salt, pepper
2 eggs
The juice of 3 lemons
2 tbsp. corn flour

 

Execution

Cut the cabbage at the base and remove the hard part.
Put the whole cabbage in a pot with salted water and boil it for 15 mins.
Take it out and let it cool off completely.
Prepare the stuffing by mixing the minced meat with the rice, the onion, the parsley and add salt and pepper.
Take out the cabbage leaves one by one, remove the thick part and tear them in two.
Add a spoonful of the mix and wrap it.
Place the rolls in the pot.
When you are done, add the olive oil, salt, pepper and the broth.
Boil over medium heat for 1 hour.
For the egg and lemon sauce: beat the eggs with the lemon and the corn flour, remove the food from the heat, take the juice and pour it slowly in the egg mix, stirring constantly.
Add the egg and lemon sauce to the food and it is ready.
